RICE WHITENING MACHINE

Introduction:
CD Rice Whitening machine is the latest invention with the following characterristics:
- Rice grains are abraded between the surface of the emery- stone of a rotary cylinder and abrading rubber bars.
- Currents of air are blown into the slots close by the rubber bars to relieve the heat of rice, and to separate the bran completely.
- The abrading chamber is divided into many independent abrading columns; particularly the screen ribs make rice grains towards a fixed route in the abrading chamber.

CD with automatic rubber adjuster: the automatic section adjuster the rubber bars towards the abrasive roller at a fixed speed correspondingly the wear of rubber bars during operating. The horn will alarm when rubber bars are worn out and the process of the operation of rubber bars will be stopped.

Features:
- Bran husking rate is homogeneous and gains from 90 to 98%.
- Husking the remained paddy still mixed in rice.
- Finished rice with high whiteness.
